The Dallas Bar Association Asks Andy Payne to Vice-Chair the Bench/Bar Conference

The Dallas Bar Association has asked Andy Payne to Vice-Chair the 2010 Bench/Bar Conference. The conference is held each year at Horseshoe Bay. It is attended by the Dallas Judges and many of the practicing lawyers.
