The State Bar of Texas Asks Andy Payne to Participate in a Mediation Panel

The State Bar of Texas has asked Andy Payne, along with Dick Sayles and Bob Jordan, to participate in a panel discussion of mediation at a 2010 seminar sponsored by the State Bar of Texas.
